Group Coaching for maximum results

Whether you're looking to shape up after the summer feel stronger or less 'old' or simply just want to improve the way you fuel your body then this 4 week group coaching challenge is exactly what you need to make some headway toward your goals. 

We all know we should be eating 'a bit better' and doing some kind of exercise including resistance train but sometimes that is easier said than done. If you need some support from me (and the other GYST members who will be in the same boat as you) then I'd love to have you in the team. 

This is self paced so you can choose how much you do so if you're not feeling super fit at the moment do not worry. I'll make sure you have everything you need, whatever level you are starting at both in terms of exercise and your nutrition. 

Peri or menopausal? I've got you. Eating better and using your body is one of the key players during this big kick in the hormones.
