I'm 40, mad passionate about fitness and helping my awesome clients achieve their goals and to feel like healthy, happy ninjas! I will HAPPILY help you drop a dress size or whatever the current buzz phrase is, but for me, fitness is about feeling confident about ourselves and not just because of how we look.
We should feel proud of the things that we can achieve with our bodies.... whether it's attending dance fitness classes and getting our shimmy on, lifting weights and chasing the gains or smashing out our first ever full body press-up, fitness can open the door to a new world of confidence and positivity that we may not have felt before.

I have scoliosis which is a lateral curvature of the spine. Over the years I have learnt how to work around it... and I would not change a thing. Fitness has decreased the amount of back pain I get, has improved my strength, posture and the appearance of my back... and it all started with one Zumba class 10 years ago.
