TWO WORKOUT PLANS

TO SUIT YOUR LIFESTYLE

Flex-On-The-Go is for those folk with no access to equipment who need to start their resistance and mobility training from scratch.

Broken down in to 20 minute workouts, this plan will progress your strength & knowledge whilst making sure you can fit your exercise into your busy schedule.

Flex: Fully Charged is for those who have access to a gym or a variety of home workout equipment. 

Choose from 2 or 3 Total Body Workouts per week to help get maximum results.

This plan works in conjunction with our Body Tone workouts in the AMF Live classes in Ashford.
