  • What is the investment?
    £34.99 for Flex Big 3 Group Coaching. If you like it, you'll be sent an offer for the full Flex program afterward and then your Big 3s will be heavily discounted if you decide to do them again later in the year
  • Do I need a gym membership?
    No - if you have one that's great, you can use the Flex Fully Charged workouts in the gym. If you don't that's absolutely fine - the Flex On-The-Go workouts will be perfect for you. Starting off with zero equipment, Flex On-The-Go is perfect for home workout use.
  • Can I do my own workouts?
    YES! That's absolutely fine - this is designed to provide you either with everything you need to workout or just the bits that you need to fill in around what you do already.
  • How does it work?
    You simply sign up and choose 1st January as the start date - then I'll be in touch with all the instructions. We are working on 3 main sections which you'll be able to adapt completely to your own level with my help. Plus you'll be in my exclusive Flex Big 3 Facebook Group and Whatsapp group so you have support along the way.
  • Is this a diet?
    No -this is a lifestyle change. There will be dietary support involved but this is not a commercial diet. No shakes, no pills, no bullshit. Just the actually nutrition advice that fitpros really follow themselves and help on how to implement those from day to day.
  • How do I check-in?
    Check in posts will be added to the Facebook & Whatsapp group every Sunday. These need to be completed on the Sunday so I can help with any questions/queries etc first thing Monday morning.
  • What goals should I have to do this program?
    Previous client goals have included moving more, starting resistance training, weight loss, dealing with perimenopause, getting stronger etc. All fitness goals start with nailing the Flex Big 3 in a way that works for your lifestyle.
