AMF was created to bring a love of fitness to folk who may not have found it yet. I am passionate about building confidence in a fitness environment, so that my clients walk away knowing everything they need to know to stay in tip top shape, mentally and physically.....for life. We focus on getting our cardio done in a fun way and learning how to use resistance training to feel like a strong badass.... because every single person deserves to stay fit, strong and healthy for life.
