That's why I built nutritional support into each and every monthly class membership via AMF On Demand. REAL NUTRITION, FOR REAL PEOPLE
We all know that nutrition plays a key role in strength & physique changes but there are so many different diets and diet products on the market that we often don't know where to start.

With all my clients I promote healthy eating with balance. We are not put on this earth to eat a rigid diet aimed at a competition level athlete. We are here however, to live as happily and confidently as possible, and getting our nutrition right (80% of the time) was & seeing the results we want, goes a long way to boosting that confidence.
All my nutrition programs are built around providing education. Education means that you will be independent. You will not need me to help you with nutrition forever. That is what makes this different from all other slimming groups, diet plans and diet products. You should know what you need to eat and why you need to eat it, then you can make your own educated choices and live your life how you want to live it.
Online coaching should be built on referrals, not repeat business. I want you to be free & self-sufficient.
WHAT IS THE COACHING PROCESS LKE?
1. WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR GOALS & MAKE A PLAN
I'll ask about your diet & exercise history and ask you to complete a goal-setting sheet so we can identify what your priorities are. If we agree on a plan and estimated time frame to achieve these goals, I'll send over pricing information.
2. IF YOU BECOME A CLIENT, I'LL CREATE AN INITIAL NUTRITION & TRAINING PLAN BASED ON YOUR SCHEDULE, EXPERIENCE & PREFERENCES
This program will include macronutrient targets and guidance on how to achieve those targets as well as a training program specifically tailored to your goals, the equipment that you have available to you and your experience levels. You'll also receive a workout sheet to complete so I can monitor your workout progress.
3. YOU'LL CHECK-IN EVERY WEEK WITH YOUR PROGRESS DATA
Your job is to adhere to the plan that I have given you. My job is to help you do that, offer advice where needed and tweak that plan when necessary to move you closer to your goals.
