Is Legs, Bums & Tums for me?
LBT is a workout class based around toning your legs, bums and tum! It's easy to follow and inolves lots of lunges and squats!
We start with a short aerobic warm-up and then an intro to squats and lunges. Then we move into the leg phase followed by some floor work on the glutes, abs, obliques and core muscles!
LBT is a great way to start training your lower body without hitting the gym. The music keeps us going and we get that nice 'just worked out' ache afterward!
It's good for all levels - we run through the basics in the warm-up and you can stop any time you need to. More advanced participants can keep going and add in the more intense variations and weights :)
This is one of the most popular classes on the timetable and spaces are limited so make sure you book online to secure your place!
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts so you can warm-up! All 5 Wednesday night classes run back to back for our fitness marathon so your warm-up will be just before the class!
