Is HIIT suitable for beginners?
Probably not... it's easy to follow but it is the most intense class on the timetable. I would recommend having some base level fitness before attending. Also give it a swerve if you have an injury!
Will I be able to keep up?
You can completely take it at your own pace so as long as you have a moderate fitness level you will be absolutely fine!
