Is HIIT for me?

Right - HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This means you work for relatively short periods of time but you work as hard as you can for those few seconds. The interval could be 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds etc and then you get to rest. And then you go again. And again. And again lol!

 

This is a freestyle class which means the class structure changes every week. This gives us flexibility on the exercises and the layout so we can do different things every week! And sometimes play with fun equipment like kettlebells and battle ropes!

 

This class is sweaty but you DO NOT need to be an athlete to take part! A willingness to push yourself to your own personal limits is all that is required (as well as water and a sweat towel!). If your idea of exercise is walking to the shops then this is probably not going to be your favourite class, however if you want to get fit quickly and get maximum results then this is the class for you.

This will be in the sports hall behind the main hall!

 

Make sure you bring water, a sweat towel and a whole lot of energy!
